Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Cryptonix Documents Clearing Services (“we”, “us”), a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Government of Dubai under License No. 1539056, located at Office P2A-D09, Saih Shuaib 3, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Our services

We provide documents clearing, document verification follow-up, translation, editing and proofreading, documents copying, maps and drawings copying, and typing and photocopying services, as described on our Services & Prices page. We act as a service provider on your behalf; final decisions on any application are made solely by the relevant government authority.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are service fees only. Government, attestation or third-party fees are not included unless stated, and are charged at cost after we confirm them with you. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the documents and information you provide are genuine, complete and belong to you or that you are authorised to submit them. We may decline or stop a transaction if documents appear incomplete, altered or not authorised.

4. Delivery of services

After payment we contact you within one working day by email or WhatsApp. Turnaround times shown are estimates and depend on the authority concerned. Completed documents are delivered digitally or collected from our office.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays, rejections or fee changes decided by government authorities, or for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer. Our total liability for any service is limited to the service fee paid for it.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
